Overall they do great. Once in a while its a complete mess. Today I called two hours ahead but had to wait once I arrived, One med was fine the other they could only partially fill. It happens. They are typically friendly and helpful. I prefer Meijer over competitors because I am treated well, spend less overall, and convenient if I can also afford groceries after.
Started a new prescription. They shorted me pills. Ended my bottle and tried to refill via app, but it says I have no refills available. My bottle says I have refills until 2024....Also, seems to take several days to refill scripts here, everytime. Update: more scripts that state they will be pulled by 5pm. Come in at 730 and still not ready. Also, the rxmeijer website makes me relogin everytime I switch screens? Why??? God Meijer pharmacy is the worst.
Morally bankrupt and overpriced. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
The people are great but the hours are horrible for my work schedule. You would think they’d at least be open by 8 AM. Nope, 10 AM. By then I’m already asleep for the day. By time I get up for work they’re closed again. Looking to move my prescription to Walgreens if they carry my meds.
