The people are very nice usually but sometimes it’s a really long wait between requesting a med and actually getting it. My doctor has actually called in things because I was sick and the app was like, it’ll be ready in 2 days. Another issue sometimes is communication. If they have a question about a script, they just won’t fill it and won’t call to tell you and certainly won’t call your doctor. Ok. So let me start with this. KEVIN isn't new favorite pharmacist. I got stuck in a sort of loophole of some BULLLLSHIT. KEVIN took my call probably 3 times or so. Looked up all my stuff. He put a stop to a "substitute prescription". To fill my original script. This happened because I was told they "couldn't get the 30mg version, It was on back order and was virtually impossible to fill." Which is true in my experience. The 10s and 20s as well.
