I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They are absolutely terrible. They have a FREQUENT HABIT of texting or calling to let you know that your prescription is ready and when you go there they will say “Ope it’s out of stock” I don’t think there has been a time it hasn’t happened since I started going. I have gotten sick because of this numerous times. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Theyre polite and always friendly. They have all of my RX's in stock the same day if not the next day. Every time I call to double check everything is in they always answer and are always helpful!
Courtney, who works the drive thru, is exceptional. The staff go out of their way to check pricing with GoodRx for me-- at times they have saved me up to $70. Yesterday, I was miserable sick. TeleDoc called in a prescription for antibiotics. They could only partially fill, but they were able to give me 3 to start with, so I didn't have to wait. I appreciated that they went to the effort. I have received excellent customer service at this pharmacy.
Looks like I have to change my pharmacy my Meijer pharmacy in Livonia can never get my medication refilled they always have excuses everyday they will send you a text message saying they will have it the next day but don't and they never call you back pathetic customer service this has been going on for over a year with them. It seems like they're too lazy or just don't care to fix their system and not able to update it to a better system
