App doesn't work and says I've never gotten meds from a mejier before despite mejier being my pharmacy for years. I have no access to any of my prescriptions through the app and have to call or go in person every time. This specific mejier is terrible. Told me they couldn't get my meds and would need to order the generic version. My meds are the generic version. They were trying to switch my meds without dr approval.
I dread picking up my prescriptions. Dealing with Devetta is such a disappointment ,ppl need to be kind and professional or they need to leave the company.
Cannot recommend this pharmacy. If this is the pharmacy that’s closest to you, bite the bullet and go to one that’s farther away anyway. It’s just not worth the hassle.
Pharmacist was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional when interacting with me, my veterinarian, and my vet technician. Instead of being helpful, she made an already stressful situation much more difficult.
