Called to get some prescriptions sent over from another pharmacy. Polite. Professional. Quick and easy.
I tried calling them about my prescriptions. The phone system automatically hangs up on you after 10 minutes. I called twice sat on hold for 20minutes altogether. Went to the pharmacy had to ask a rude young employee if the pharmacy was open. She told me they were. 2 other employees were in the back doing nothing but talking about personal life stuff. My elderly parents started using this pharmacy within the last few months. Farhana is an especially dismissive, rude and unhelpful staffer. After receiving communication indicating their prescriptions were ready, my parents went to the store for pick up. It wasn't ready, and they were rushed out of line for the next customer in line with no explanation. My dad followed up with Farhana for clarification and she muttered "shut up" under her breath. Disgusting judgmental unprofessional and nobody should use this pharmacy. I’m not stopping with just a review.
