The pharmacy in the Kokomo branch are beyond incompetent. They take forever to answer the phone, and when they do, they will immediately say please hold and put you on hold. Before you even get to say anything. They also take an age to fill an order. So slow. When you have finished queuing and have to deal with a member of staff to pay. The process again took forever.
