Walked in today. No one is in sight. Finally, someone showed up and said I could get an appointment in September. It's May. Edited: I was told September by the employee. I ended up driving to Gaylord and had fantastic service.

Ordered replacement lenses for my glasses, was told 10 days to 2 weeks. Been checking on status every week. last week told me they were shipped called Wednesday they told me they were in. Made the 40 mile trip to find out they were not in!!!! its been 5 weeks!! Not happy!!! Update 7 weeks no lenses will be finding a new place for my families optometry needs. Called 2 weeks ago told them to cancel my order and refund my money. The gal told me she would have the manager call me. No phone call, money has not been refunded!!! Ca... read more
I am so disgusted with Meijer Optical. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for my glasses to come in. It's ridiculous I should have gone to Walmart. I am canceling my husband's appt and im sending him my dad and granddaughter to Walmart. Your optical dept sucks
