We used to get good service, until now. My husband was told his glasses would be in between 2-3 weeks. It's now been a month and still no glasses. Patricia was very rude and gave us a customer service number to call the shipping company that didn't even work. We will not be returning to then once my husband received his glasses!
Phone line is always busy.
They don’t accept state insurance just so you know, they charge pretty steep prices for cheaper brands and oh don’t ever go there without calling first BECAUSE THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
I am truly indebted to Dr. Troupe for his expertise. Thank you to infinity for all you have done to restore my vision.
Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The exam went well and they were very patient in my first time getting contacts as well. Great tips on how put in/take out contacts plus care for them. I Strongly recommend going here for vision needs. I’ll definitely be back for my next eye exam.
