I went to get my glasses when they open,new guy there.I said whats going on,I have to go to meeting.Writing up sign closed till 11:30.I waited 2 hrs.Bad enough I waited 2 months for glasses. He hands them to me with tags on,doesn't adjust or nothing. The doctor is great the worker(Terrible).Then woman before him was amazing. Won't be going there no more
We used to get good service, until now. My husband was told his glasses would be in between 2-3 weeks. It's now been a month and still no glasses. Patricia was very rude and gave us a customer service number to call the shipping company that didn't even work. We will not be returning to then once my husband received his glasses!
Phone line is always busy.
They don’t accept state insurance just so you know, they charge pretty steep prices for cheaper brands and oh don’t ever go there without calling first BECAUSE THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
I am truly indebted to Dr. Troupe for his expertise. Thank you to infinity for all you have done to restore my vision.
