The workers very friendly. Dr did a great job. Cost was a little more than I expected. Was told 2-5 weeks for my glasses. It's going on 6 weeks. 1st call to check they told me they were lost in shipping, but found should be any day. 2nd call 2 weeks later - confusion - corporate has fixed the issue. Was told I could wait or request a refund. I told them 1 week. We will see what thursday brings. I will not go back to them.
I went to get my glasses when they open,new guy there.I said whats going on,I have to go to meeting.Writing up sign closed till 11:30.I waited 2 hrs.Bad enough I waited 2 months for glasses. He hands them to me with tags on,doesn't adjust or nothing. The doctor is great the worker(Terrible).Then woman before him was amazing. Won't be going there no more
We used to get good service, until now. My husband was told his glasses would be in between 2-3 weeks. It's now been a month and still no glasses. Patricia was very rude and gave us a customer service number to call the shipping company that didn't even work. We will not be returning to then once my husband received his glasses!
