Staff were so compassionate and helpful to this mom who got into a "messy" situation with her toddler. They even GAVE her an outfit to wear and helped clean everything up!
Today, I had some iced tea and icee pops to buy, along with Green tea with Matcha. I went to pay with my LINK card, and the LINK system was down. The Manager took out a gift card and put 11.17 on that card. Then paid for my things. They didn't make me wait for the system to reboot, nor did they ask for cash. Just said "happy birthday! Merry Christmas? " And I was like "omg thank you!!!!" Meijer paid for everything. Kudos

Worst customer service by staff and manager. Was lied to by the manager.
Horrible customer service. Rude. There are other stores people can shop at. If you keep treating people this way you can lose all your business.
