Checkout is horrible. 2 regular checkout lanes. Over an hour wait unless you have 20 items or less. I won’t go back.
2 cities of population combined about 150k and 3 full service lanes open during a busy time of year.Pitiful.
Took my85 year old mom shopping today. She bought a rotisserie chicken & got home & it was raw! Called & talked to a manager & all the compensation they want to give me is a refund of the cost of the raw chicken! My mother could have gotten seriously sick! I asked if they wanted me to report them to the health department & I got hung up on! Contacting corporate office right now!!
Employees need to pay attention to what they are doing at the time. Casher didn't scan coupons because a co-worker came up to talk to her about a guy in the store. Didn't notice until I got home. Emailed store, no reply.
We had groceries delivered to us tonight. Our shopper was extremely rude. He didn’t even text to let us know he was substituting or on his way. I will NEVER shop again. He left our food on our porch in a terrible way as well.
RecommendedYesterday, August 20th was my first visit to your store! I love it! Very clean, very organized and the friendliest managment staff ever! I definitely will be back and it is well worth the drive from rural Mackinaw!
Lack of Enforcement of standard social distancing policies
Negative reviews regarding Shoot orders have nothing to do with Meijer, they are a 3rd party company that gets paid to shop for you. any problems you have regarding that is the fault of Shipt. Is Meijer perfect? Definitely not, but it's 10x better than any Walmart in town.
when are you going to open CS up for returns? I've got them stacking up. other stores are taking returns. doesn't make sense you wont take them now. guess I'll shop groceries at your store and stop buying clothes and other items until you open up returns.
