On 2-7-2026, I had yet another most unpleasant experience with the deli employee. I reached out and spoke with Mike, the store director via phone who assured me that the deli manager, Jerry would rectify the situation which is indeed what happened the following day when I went back. Jerry the manager and Crystal a deli employee went above and beyond to rectify the situation. This is NOT me.
I have been going to Meijer for years now for my grocery shopping. Prices are pretty competitive and I like the mperks program. The staff working out on the floor are always nice and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with returns or fixing an issue with my receipt. Brian, at the Hill Road, location, is the best part of the experience. He always greets me when I come in and we’ve gotten to know each other now so we always have a short conversation. It brightens up the mundaneness of the shopping I have to do.
