I placed a cupcake order a month ago online for an order of 24 cupcakes. I received email confirmation that this order was received by the store. When I go to pick them up at 10 AM today, they say they've never received such an order. I showed them my email. They confirm that that's this is the correct place that they should have an order, but they don't have it. My family shopped at this Meijer regularly when I was little and even through all the years this store's quality hasn't changed at all. They've stayed updated with the times and coming back here to shop on a visit is a trip down memory lane.
No longer the great place it once was. One assistant for 20 machines, maybe two lanes open. It is sad to see.
