Rude counter staff and high prices for the little guy
I have been a customer of Meier Supply for over 10 years. I have been in the business for over 30 years and have worked with many supply houses. There are supply houses that have everything under the sun but you pay the price for that connivence. Meier Supply is more of a specialty supplier with training from manufactures, that are able to supply tech support. Matt Walsh is our salesperson for both of my companies, and we exclusively purchase our Mitsubishi or Ruud equipment from from Meier Supply in Albany or Glens Falls. F... read more
Been waiting for a replacement on a defective part from the factory and have just been given the run around for over 3 months. Horrible communication and bad buisness model.
