The deal was straight forward. There was no running to the Manager to see what the salesman could do or any of the other tricks. Overall it was a good experience except for the extended warranty sales pitch.
Outstanding customer service; family like atmosphere. No pressure tactics used, but the team ensured thorough explanations of all services on offer. Both Tony and Randy were truly professional throughout the entire purchasing process.
This is the second vehicle we have bought from here and have enjoyed them both will go back for the next one if they have the car we are looking for in the future.
