The sales guys don't even know what the bikes are called... I've tried on multiple occasions to connect with the sales floor on a personal level and im left in dead silence not even a welcome or hello. I wish this wasn't the case as I love Honda to death but im gonna rate this place honestly, this store is just not it. I even tried buying a grom here last year, asked if I could get one in and from what I can remember they immediately they told me no and then just walked away.
July 15/25 , walked into Honda to look at there little 50cc bikes 20-25 mins of looking and inspecting the bike over and nobody came to ask if we had any question's while the saleman all stood around. Lost a sale on a kids first bike and every size up from there.

Bought a used bike from the Powerhouse. I live an hour and a half from Saskatoon and did most of the business on-line through the phone and texts, which was difficult mostly because I was frequently at work and couldn't take calls for much of the day, but Jon and Colin worked hard to keep everyone in the loop. Benson in finance did a great job working with my finance and Raj and Colin met me when I came in to pick the bike up.
