She’s nice and she is professional and she also seems very knowledgeable. The reason for the low rating is that she is not very accommodating. She would not allow for a tele health visit even to give test results when elderly client is coming from a great distance and has lack of transportation. I found this to be lacking compassion. I know other doctors in the LVHN network allow video visits in times of need or far distance as a courtesy from time to time. Dr Wong is hands down top 2 doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does she listen, not rush you, but she also makes you feel human and has so much compassion for her patients. I met her when I found out I had a large brain tumor that required quick interventional surgery, and she walked me through every step of the process and answered all of my additional questions. Doctor Wong was so caring and I appreciate her so much. I broke my neck in February 2024 and by June of 2024 I felt so good. She did an awesome job. Her office people were so kind. I love her so much. Thank you Doctor Wong! ❤️
The worst human being I had ever encountered unprofessional not caring the most undespicable person no good, I went to her office in Allentown I waited 1 hour in a room for her to come 30 seconds and determined that I have no pain, she’s should be working as veterinarian not working with humans! That’s how she care for me like an animal, shame on her ms Wong , I hope I ever ever not to see you again in my life even if my life depends on you I rather die, shame on you
