She was very helpful and thorough
There was no clear diagnosis at the time, but Dr. Lu's approach to the collection of information (eg which tests, information from me) and choice of initial treatment made a lot of sense to me.
Dr. Lu performed a thorough evaluation for injury after a fall. She listened and responded to my input. I required a follow up with an orthopedic doctor who took a diagnosis further and built on her recommendations. She offered an additional option which I declined since she didn't really seem to recommend that. In hindsight and because there are still problems with that injury, I wish I had made the request and that would have been ordered by her.
in the last week Dr. Lu is my 16 year old daughter's primary care doctor. I took my daughter in for her annual sports physical and Dr. Lu suggested a couple tests as precaution because she thought my daughter's thyroid looked a little enlarged. It turned out to be thyroid cancer that could very well have gone undetected had it not been for Dr. Lu. Her thyroid was removed and all is well. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Lu
She is the most terrible Doctor I ever seen! I rather die than see her again.
There are so many better doctors out there, don't choose this one. Her inability to listen to my concerns and write them down correctly caused me a $350 medical bill that she is unwilling to correct. She told me next time I come in, to make sure she knows my symptoms. Apparently I should take her little clipboard and write them down myself to make sure it's correct. If she can't write down symptoms correctly, what else is she screwing up?
