Recently moved to California and made an appointment to see this dentist as she came recommended from a colleague .Too bad I didn’t get a chance to see this doctor but the receptionist was very off-putting and in my opinion, curt and rude. I thought maybe go ahead and give them a chance, but the more I thought about it, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have seen her at both of her locations and I’m so thankful I did! I was anxious but she was calm, gentle and quick. She even adjusted my uneven teeth free of charge when she was filling a cavity. Truly amazing dentist!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Lu consistently for my dental care for several years, and every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Lu is very patient, detail-oriented, and meticulous with my tricky root canal. She worked through lunch and was sensitive to my comfort. I’ve been working with her for 10+years and will continue to return to take care of my smile.
