We don't find ourselves in Coquitlam much but decided to try Mei Le a few weeks ago. The dim sum dishes are large and generous and we liked most of the items we tried. The taro dumplings were light and fluffy with a crisp exterior and moist filling. Sliced beef tripe also had good flavor (had 1 piece that was more in the crunchy side). Sort of dirty, lineup on weekends, have to wait, Chinese ladies yell at you to get stuff on the dim sum cart. 10/10 food slaps hard,will be back
just another hk style dim sum spot. average quality. the rice rill noodle with fired dough stands out.
Not bad as a local restaurant!
