Amazing gym, has all the equipment I need, open 24/7, and the people that go there are pretty friendly and helpful if you need advice on a workout. Plus it has a sauna AND a cold room, what more could you ask for?! I love the fact that I can do my power cleans, a lift that involves having to drop the weight, without having to get yelled at, they have drop pads there.

Gym looked nice from the outside and on the website. Arrived to learn that they do not give out a week or even a month membership. I travel for work about 20 times a year and drop in for a week at a time to local gyms and never encountered this before. My fault I suppose as I should have called. I only have seen this on signature gyms and very high end clubs wheee it is well advertised. Just putting this here in case you also want to drop in so you will not waste your time.

The gym has lots of great equipment but when I found out the gym longer offers any personal training services or aren't able to have your own that was a deal breaker for me. I just wish each work out station was numbered with barcode scan video link instructions on how to use the the exercise in proper form as everyone who comes through the door aren't knowledgeable with all the machines let alone technique.
