As for the machines, the gym has a very good variety and quality, but I've noticed that for two months they've neglected the care and maintenance of the bathrooms. You can't wash your hands because they haven't restocked the soap, and for some strange reason, the water dispensers dispense hot water. Can you imagine drinking hot water after being tired from your workout?

Gym guests are rude and self centered people. They all keep parking in the marked handicap spot right out front when there are a ton of spots around. They are so fit but can’t walk 100’. Shows you the type of people that go here and I’d never want to be anywhere close to those inconsiderate people. Have started taking photos of all the cars, plates and guests when I see them and been filing complaints with the management and police. Hope one day I get to witness the cars being towed.

The lady trying to get me signed up was very professional and kind, which is the reason this is a two star review instead of a one star review. The owner hired well. When I questioned and expressed mild displeasure with the cancellation policy however, the owner stepped in and was very abrasive. He did not defend the policies or strive to educate, but rather told me not to sign if I disagreed. I have been coming to this gym for almost a year now and love it but I am beyond frustrated with the door situation. I wake up 2 hours early to come work out at what is supposed to be a 24 hour gym but the door is regularly broken. Since I am usually coming before work, when the door is broken, I sit in my car for 2 hours when I could be doing something else. Time is precious and I don't appreciate mine being wasted. Amazing gym, has all the equipment I need, open 24/7, and the people that go there are pretty friendly and helpful if you need advice on a workout. Plus it has a sauna AND a cold room, what more could you ask for?! I love the fact that I can do my power cleans, a lift that involves having to drop the weight, without having to get yelled at, they have drop pads there.
