This is our second year renting, and not only do we love the building and especially the staff, I appreciate that when you come back after 6 months and EVERY building employee is still there, smiling and happy….you know it’s a wonderful place to call home!
Perfect state of the art amenities (pool, beach, gym, steam room, cold plounge), classy decor, friendly / helpful / kind staff, mostly great neighbors, high quality smart responsive board and management. Love it here
Went to deliver food from DoorDash, the lady at the front desk didn’t even greet me respectfully, she was rude and expected me to know she had to call the person before me going inside the elevator, when she didn’t even mention that, after me apologizing to her for getting in the elevator she was still talking rudely as if that’s how customer service should be handled. So unprofessional of her, it’s sad to know some employees talk with such tones to people ( couldn’t get her name unfortunately) but it was tonight.
