Went to deliver food from DoorDash, the lady at the front desk didn’t even greet me respectfully, she was rude and expected me to know she had to call the person before me going inside the elevator, when she didn’t even mention that, after me apologizing to her for getting in the elevator she was still talking rudely as if that’s how customer service should be handled. So unprofessional of her, it’s sad to know some employees talk with such tones to people ( couldn’t get her name unfortunately) but it was tonight.
Excellent views and very safe place
This is extraordinary customer service! Myron went above and beyond what is normally expected, really superior service. His manager, Ralph, was also extremely helpful and a cut above. It's customer service like this that must make the Mei Condominiums a fantastic place to live. To be specific, I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered to my mother, who lives two buildings away from the MEi Condos.
