Dr. Desai’s office worked like a well oiled machine. My appointment was at 2:15 and I was taken back to the exam room on time, if not a few minutes before. Dr Desai was focused on my challenges and got right to the point. I felt seen and heard. Plus, he offered new insights that together we will prove or disprove by pursuing a few essential diagnostics. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Attentive to my concerns and provided carefully a follow up treatment
Dr Desai is pleasant, efficient and very helpful. His diagnosis of a knee issue was precise/confirmed by X-ray. He laid out an executable way ahead to avoid a repeat problem. My sensor-motor neuropathy related problems (knee is example) and lumbar challenges are being addressed by Dr Desai and his team. My experience over the last several years has always been positive and the results are very motivating. I trust him implicitly.
Over the last two years I have appreciated and benefited from the efforts of Dr Desai and his staff (always very helpful) re the chronic neurologic pain in my right foot. Dr Desai has always listened to my concerns, laid out options in terms of risks and possible rewards, and discussed pros and cons. And importantly, at long last, I am getting some significant release from the very persistent pain I've dealt with for almost 8 years.
