I Usually don’t do this, but I just came to this place to get an interior exterior car wash $35 to start you know and I got they told me my car was ready. The inside still has crumbs all over it. The doors were still dirty. the seats there was still food on my rugs. When you push the seat back, they didn’t take the mats out So I kindly went up to them and tell them I wasn’t happy with the price I paid in the interior of the car and they just came back. Mehta motors is an excellent shop that is easy to recommend. They have taken care of all of my cars, which includes everything from older BMWs to newer Toyotas. It is rare to find a shop that offers such a combination of great customer service, expertise, and affordability. Mehta isn’t close to where I live, but I still take my cars there because they are just that good.
By far the most comfortable and best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. As others have said, they could have easily tried to upsell me on an issue and they were completely honest about what needed to be done instead. Customer for life.
These guys are the most honest auto shop I’ve ever been to! I ran into a problem where they suggested I go a different shop to get it fixed because the other shop was better equipped to take care of it. Mehta COULD do it, but it would cost twice as much. When was the last time you got that kind of honest care from a mechanic?! That even convinced my wife to start going there.
