Horrible staff, I filed a grievance and they lied in the investigation. Rude staff,
Very rude. Receptionist and supervisor (Sandra and Veronica), rudeness at its best. They rescheduled my appointment without my knowledge. They didn't bother to call me. I called them a day before my appointment to confirm, nobody answered the phone and no answering machine. I called the day of my appointment they said am supposed to come the morning because the doctor has an emergency in the afternoon. Worst doctor ever. Kept taking my catheter out when he was not supposed to!! Kept sending me to the emergency room.
The doctor is awful, he was divulging the personal life in front of everybody that is so unprofessional, also the personal that works there has the worst customer service they have attitude to every single patient, the receptionist is the one with the worst attitude, the way that she talks to the patients is awful; I felt sorry about her probably she has no other option that work there in a place that she doesn't even like
