I’m pleased with my experience here! Natalie did an amazing job going above and beyond to accomplish the vision I wanted for my hair. She was knowledgeable, communicative & friendly. She communicated well about pricing, products and even gave me some good tips on what to do and not to do to my hair -and definitely made me laugh lots, which make the appointment fly by! look, I went here the other day for a bang trim, picture one is the inspiration, picture two is what she did to me. the first thing she did when i sat down in her chair was section the hair and then take a electric trimmer to the bottom part. right away i knew it was over. so blunt and thick and way too short, weird shape, much rounder than the inspiration photo, just looked like a bowl cut.
