Dr. Mehrle replaced both of my recall hips in 2018. Both procedures went well, and I am now recovering at a rapid pace even though the damage done by the previous DuPuy metal on metal hips was extensive. Dr. Mehrle did an outstanding job of making my surgeries a complete success with minimal discomfort. I hope we don't have to, but I would not hesitate trusting Dr. Mehrle. A compassionate, honest and very personable surgeon!

Dr.Merhle is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He really takes the time out to help his patients. I was going to ummc to se drs and had a pao which failed and caught staph and continued problems and the drs ar umms just floated me around to dr to dr and all denied me a total hip. I went to dr merhle and he started planning on doing it toyal hip. I had it Aug 28 2018 and I have been extreamly happy. He took it on his behalf to consider my history with staph infection and gave me antibotics

I was in a MVA in 2008 and had an acetabular fracture which resulted in a Total Hip Replacement. Dr Mehrle performed the surgery in 2009 and I continue to see him for checkups today. You will not find a better doctor if you are looking for a doctor that legitimately is concerned about you as a patient and your well being. Whether traumatic injuries like mine or just a regular hip replacement for various reasons Dr Mehrle is the BEST.
Nobody wants to have a hip replaced. But if you have to don't gamble with the surgeon. Dr Mehrle replaced my left hip on February 1, 2018 and I could not be happier with the results. Back at work in less than 2 weeks after outpatient surgery. I highy recommend Dr Merhle if you are faced with this decision. A talented and experienced surgeon and a nice guy to boot.
