Terrible costumer service , they never answer their phone etc
Exactly that is happening to me. I have been calling to make an appointment since mid-December of 2025 and left voice messages every time but no one called back. Wonder what’s wrong with them.
My mother has been trying for days to make an appointment after being referred here and she has yet to get a call back. Ive also tried calling on her behalf and theres no option to speak with a representative. They have automated options to be put on hold amd after awhile of sitting there, you're forced to leave a voicemail that isn't returned. Currently a 1 star as we havent been able to even schedule an appointment; if something changes I will update this review.
