Dr. Desai prescribed all the wrong things for my daughter for 5 months. We ended up taking her to the ER and then a psychiatric care facility in Houston where they fixed her diagnoses and her medications the first day! She is so much better now after being home for just 2 weeks! Dr. Desai did NOT do a proper psych evaluation on her in the beginning, he just asked her some questions in front of me and then prescribed, leaning on what a therapist had thought. My review is strictly based off the OFFICE STAFF AND SUPERVISOR as I very much enjoy my therapist, Dr. Lillian Solis. My appointment was cancelled due to ONE past due payment. An appointment that I really needed. I did not realize I had a past due payment because of all the chaos going on in my life (ha, hence therapy!) so my next scheduled appointment was cancelled when I had already scheduled time off work. Yes, they contacted me before the appointment but I was AT WORK. One payment of $45 and my appointment was cancelled.... read more
