First time and last time patient. This Dr. is only in office 1 day and all other appointments are video conference only. No one explained this to me when I setup my new patient appointment. This was such a disappointment because I was really looking forward to seeing a Dr in person about my struggles. None of the nurses seemed to care when I mentioned that no one informed me about the video visits. This is definitely need to know information for new patients. Very disappointed.
