These people never answer the phone can't pay my bill if they don't answer secretary was rude never going back such bull hockey
Very poor customer service! I tried calling the office during hours they are supposed to be open. Sometimes a message comes on that doesn't let caller leave a message back. But mostly, I can hear someone pick up the phone and then hang it up. It's like they don't want to be bothered by those pesky patients.
Finally. After seeing two other local dermatologists, (saw the PA not the doc) I saw this doc. He understood and took time to listen. Now after almost a year of suffering I'm on my way to healing. He is without a doubt the best and I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
