CUSSED OUT WHEN MAKING A COMPLAINT ABOUT SERVICE! A waste of time and when we called to make a complaint to the shop, my husband was cussed out. Extremely unprofessional. The technician's name was Jacob. At first, it was fine. He showed up early at 8 am and was nice. The appointment took 2 1/2 hours and NOTHING was done. If you are looking to get your AC unit up and running right away, Mhel Mechanical is definitely Not the Contractor you want. Like other reviews said he was assigned through my Home Warranty AHS and I will request for future repairs not to have this guy service my AC. It has taken the guy about 2 weeks to get my AC running again, he never returns any messages and has the worst customer service. Read reviews before this guy comes out for any Repairs.
