Horrible experience - avoid. I had to reschedule my new patient appointment and was rudely informed that I would no longer be accepted at their practice. The customer service representative was angry and aggressive without cause when delivering this information. She referred me to their sister practice to which I asked to be transferred and she hung up on me. I called back and she did not answer my call. Save yourself needless irritation and disappointment.
I'll start by saying that I came to Meharry Medical Group because I was about five months pregnant and I needed a OB/GYN. I had a hard time making appointments because nobody hardly answers the phone. The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and always seems like to have a smug look in her face every time I check in with her. I don't know what her name is but she is older or middle aged black woman with glasses. My next complaint is for the guy who does the ultrasounds. He never introduced himself.
