Ran the wrong tests and are still trying to charge me for labs that they ran wrong. Took them a month to send a referral and when I called asking about it they were incredibly rude and suggested that I hand deliver the referral to the specialist myself. Can’t be bothered to even attempt to do even one thing correctly or to correct for their own mistakes
Unorganized, can't keep receptionist, don't answer the phone ever, it should be a last resort especially for elderly people
Would give zero stars if I could! This doc office has turned into a joke! Been dealing with chronic pain for over a year! They finally agree to mri however it’s been 2 months I’ve called hundreds of times no one ever picks up! I’ve requested the referral be re sent and NOTHING! Pt can’t do much with me till mri smh idk how this practice even stays open! Ever since darlene retired. It went downhill.
If you’re looking for a podiatrist, ask for Dr. Lawrence Burns at the Meharry Skyline Family Clinic. Phenomenal man. 40 years in the field. I had a sport injury and wasn’t treating it properly before I saw him. He knew I was walking unevenly before I even told him what the issue was. He listened and reassured things would heal with proper care.
