Absolutely dreadful and utterly incompetent. When we purchased a condominium at Ducktrap, Megunticook Management informed us that we were required to install a security system. We complied -- and only after the system was installed did they bother to mention that we needed to do business with a specific company, Seacoast Security. We were out more than $2500, and they refused to take responsibility. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have had 12 years of dealing with Megunticook Real estate and they have always been amazing to work with. If you are in the market for a home or rental give them a call. This is a family business that has given so much back to the town of Camden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend Megunticook. If you stop by or call make sure you tell them, Derek said hi.
