Our insurance company, Security First, hired Megram Construction to asess and ultimately replace our roof that was damaged by Hurricane Milton. I am so glad they did. Megram assigned Duncan McCartha to be our Projerct Manager and interface with Security First. He was very purposeful and empathetic as we determined the scope of our claim with Security First. Jody, Max, and the team at Megram Construction were fast and professional. They answered my questions, worked with my insurance company, and made sure the proper permits and inspections were fulfilled. And my new roof looks fabulous! Highly recommended!
Duncan did an excellent job and made it easy for us. He is a true credit to Megram and his honesty shows through! We have recommended him to our friend and neighbors! He works hard and is a great example to his work crews!
Our experience with Megram was fantastic, very specifically Duncan, was absolutely awesome, he went well beyond any expectations. Half my roof was blown off during Hurricane Milton, I had water leaks, no tarps, no equipment and no way to tarp my roof when the storm passed. We called Duncan directly in the morning after the storm (a friend recommended him), that afternoon he was at the house, with tarps and nails, and tarped the whole roof for us, he even helped a neighbor right after he got done with us.
