This office will leave the patient high and dry without any insurance assistance. Dr. Dassani will make sure she's paid up front and office staff will not follow through with correctly filing patient's insurance claims. Not only were we given incorrect insurance coverage info but once the dentist was paid the office failed multiple times to even contact our medical and dental insurance co. We were left out of pocket more than $14K and proposed dental work is still not complete, two yrs later!
Dr. Dassani and ALL of her staff are very nice and make you feel you are at the best dental office around. Highly recommend Dr. Dassani!!
Came in today for a consultation for Lanap for myself. When I left, She and her great assistant answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about coming back and getting the procedure done on my next visit.
