on May 1, 2024, I attempted to make an appointment at your clinic, but the service was terrible. The woman who answered the phone interacted with me with complete indifference and showed no interest in my request. She didn't even introduce herself, and worst of all, she simply hung up the phone at the end of the conversation without saying goodbye. Such treatment of potential clients is absolutely unacceptable for a medical institution that people trust with their health.
