I live 35 minutes away and I wasn’t feeling well this morning, so I was running a few minutes late. My clock (phone) said I arrived at 10:46 for a 10:45am appointment. I had filled out all preregistration documents and forms in advance. The woman at the front desk was rude and abrupt- she told me her clock said 10:50 (she must have a magical clock) and they wouldn’t see me. I’ve never had a medical office be so inflexible and curt.

Absolutely terrible experience. First appointment I was told because of my age (42) despite being in perfect health that I would be induced at 38.5 weeks. Abrupt and condescending when I questioned that plan. Asked about a follow up appointment and was told that Maternal Fetal Medicine would contact to schedule an anatomy scan and genetic testing. I see Dr Leininger for all walks of mine and my kids lives. She is always personable and listens to my concerns.
