Dr. Hermanson was great. However, the staff made a couple notes on my chart that were incorrect that she had to correct. Upon leaving the office they failed to give me my new lenses scrip.
Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained every step along the way. Made me feel great when discussed great review. Love this team!
Very helpful
Eye appointment went well, but I am frustrated with prescription refill. I am told to put drops in both eyes at night, but the amount prescribed will not last long enough. The insurance will not reimburse an early refill. I cannot seem to reach my doctor directly. The number I have takes me through CEI and my problem continues. I miss my nightly drops waiting for the insurance to kick in. I am frustrated I can't get a direct line to my doctor.
