She is an excellent Chiropractor, gentle and excellent with adjustments, but I can not recommend her because It always takes 2 to 3 days to receive a call after calling to request an appointment. She didn't even return the last call. A good friend has had the same experience with making appointments. Dr. Dickerson has no receptionist, but this is not acceptable. I can only speculate why this happens - perhaps to discourage Medicare patients (because of low reimbursement by Medicare)?.
Dr. Dickerson is a great chiropractor. However, she's a one-man-show and I can never get in touch with her office. She's the chiropractor AND the receptionist, and I get her voicemail 90% of the time and have never once gotten a return call.
