I bought my house In Woodbridge community in Jan. 2022. In final walkthrough before the closing day the house had some issues of color touch up and cabinets problems, drawers etc. we ended up closing without any work done. Don't buy homes with megatel. Worst of its Kind. CHEAP BUILDER. Don't fall for their price.
Houses are probably good. but the sales lady is quite unfriendly
damn! lots of people complaining about the same woman. the first day I saw her I did not like her either. body language says it all. I am talking to her and she is texting and looking at her phone. who the hell you think you are!
