Worst builder in whole DFW. Once we buy home they never care about warranty issues. Also their pricing is too much for a very low quality buildings.
Very bad quality workmanship for bad quality materials used very unhealthy and despicable customer service. The person at the front desk is rude, unkind, and un empathetic of the problems that they have created for their customers.
Construction workers blast their music down the entire block and leave their shit on the sidewalk. Not even joking, I can hear the music clearly even when down the street
