The street noise is incredible.......the entry streets funnel it in like a megaphone. That's why no one built here for decades...thanks to the city of plano for the new project right in front of it ..even worse.
Worst builder in whole DFW. Once we buy home they never care about warranty issues. Also their pricing is too much for a very low quality buildings.
Very bad quality workmanship for bad quality materials used very unhealthy and despicable customer service. The person at the front desk is rude, unkind, and un empathetic of the problems that they have created for their customers.
