I love selling in the Venetian by Migael! This community itself is so beautiful, and I can’t wait for the amenities be completed! Especially appreciate the builders attention in detail and the quality craftsmanship through each property! I love working with Billy; he’s fantastic with every opportunity I bring to him! He goes above and beyond to ensure everything run smoothly during and beyond the transaction for both myself and my client! I can’t wait to sell another home in this community!

This was the single worst home buying experience I’ve witnessed in 24 years in real estate. Megatel Homes, specifically Manny Garcia (Sales Director), Owen Rake (Area Manager), Caleb (Builder), Jacob (Warranty), and the "red shirt" Warranty rep at Venetian, created a hostile and manipulative closing process that every future buyer needs to be warned about. Unfortunately I’ve had to lower the stars. I still love our home but we are still no closer to the amenities than we were 3 years ago. At this point I am not sure we will ever get one. They were supposed to start the Anna lagoon 1 year ago and all they did was level the ground and buy a slide for “appearances”. I’ve never seen workers from any lagoon company or any proof that they are even working with one. So incredibly disappointed with the quality of this builder and the overall experience. I close on June 20th, and after the second and final walk through today, everything they supposedly “fixed” or “addressed” looks absolutely terrible. When pointing it out, they said it was the best it was going to get and they would not be doing anything else.
