I bought one of the first Megatel homes in this complex. From the first day I moved in the gate was not working. I asked Megatel so many times to fix the gate and finally to replace it but they refused or gave only temporary fixes. They would do temporary fixes that would last a week or two. When I asked other companies about the installation of the gate, I was told it was not installed correctly in the first place.
