If you want to live peacefully in your forever homes, PLEASE avoid buying from this builder. Upon moving in for 4 weeks, I have had too many issues with my home: 1. Home wasn't clean when I moved in, although Megatel keeps saying that they would "deep clean" it before my move-in date. I found dust and spider web in my "new-built" home. 2. Plumbers had to come two times to fix two separate plumbing issues. 3. My garage door was broken in a week. I couldn't open it in the next two weeks to take my trash out. 4.
