Megatel Lies. They damaged my brick mailbox during their construction. for almost a year Megatel said they would rebuild it. Then in August (2016) I checked for an update as nothing had been done and I had not heard from them in a few months and was lied to by Megatel claiming They spoke to me a month before and said no by a man I had never spoken before. Horrible horrible Builders. I have cracks all thru my home warranty company will not repair and Megatel has not been any help. Someone needs to take accountability for this poor work. My home is caving in and with all the moisture thats in my home Im scared that I will have black mole
Nice community, but HOA management company is bad here. The property manager doesn't talk to you directly. They only can be reached out by email and will only respond one email a day.
Poor/no builder response and warranty process. 1.I emailed that email address before leaving the review and again after the review as requested. Update 8.07. Still dealing with the warranty request. Just jerking us around stating repair person will be there next day. And no show, no call, no response
