Buying a Megatel home here is a terrible mistake. They committed to close the house in July 2022 when I signed the contract in January 2022. The closing has been postponed several times, but as of today, it has not been completed. When asked about the delay, they said that they have not mentioned about closing timeline anywhere in the contract and it would only be when Megatel does.
