The workers/ front desk are Not respectful at all
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any professional service. I submitted my documents for tax filing and was initially told I’d receive a response within a week. However, after 10 days, when I called for an update, I was met with dismissive and rude responses, as if I was unreasonable for simply checking in.
