I have recently discovered by one of Megasealed's consultants that in 2023 I was quoted incorrectly for my two showers to be regrouted and sealed. The entire wall should have been redone not just the first two rows. They had to come back again in 2024 due to a leak through the ceiling and black mould. I have called them back again and they have simply stated that I have a cracks where it wasn't regrouted and sealed. It is MEGASEALED'S FAULT as they advised incorrectly. Do not use this company, if I could give zero stars I would. I had them come and look at my shower floor as a small bit of grout had lifted, a man came out and recommended I get the full package which does the entire floor and the first two layers of wall grout (I had no issues with the wall grout and only one small section of floor grout). The finished product was so bad it looks like I have done it myself. The grout was just layered on top of the exisiting grout and began to wear away within months. We had a great experience with this company. It wasn’t evident what the issue was with our balcony but Oskar refused to give up after several attempts to find it and fix it until process of elimination showed what it was and it was sorted in no time.
I had a disappointing experience with this company, particularly with Monique. She came across as very rude, unempathetic, and dismissive. When I tried to discuss my needs, it felt like she was more interested in getting me off the phone than helping. I had photos I was prepared by leak detection company to forward for a quote, and she agreed to provide one based on them. We had Son come out to regrout & reseal our ensuite shower and could not be any happier with the completed job. Now looks brand new. Son was polite, efficient in his work and left our ensuite spotless. Highly recommend Son.
