Shocking service sales man says he called last night text this morning and called again totally rubbish got my phone on me all the time and I have had many calls and texts and now he can’t come. When office tried to contact him to see why no Comms he was not available. And its a wonder companies are closing down with such useless staff.
Very poor service. Multiple calls & messages left with no response. Not even decent enough to reply saying they don't want to do the job which I would understand.
STAY AWAY! After the first week I had to have the technician back out because it started leaking. Here we are a just over a year later and it's leaking again. According to the 2nd technician the first technician left big gaps behind the tiles. They told me to change the hob height because it would be better to seal it with the waterproofing. Which then changed my shower screen height so I had to get the shower screen replaced. Silicone has been left on bathtub and tiles. The shower glass guy's now have scratched up my bath t... read more
just wanted to thank Tim so much for resealing both out bathrooms, a really professional job and saved us thousands !! ! would recommend Tim to anyone looking for to have there bathrooms resealed.
I've had 2 shower recesses waterproofed by Tim and he is fantastic. He fit me in straight away, did a wonderful job and keeps the cost down. Cheapest price by far!! I would definitely recommend this company!
