Megasealed was the only company that fronted up to give a quote (the other company did not bother). The quote was given in very professional manner and was clearly detailed and explained. The repair work was also carried out in very professional manner with excellent work and clean up. I would have liked to have given 5 stars, but the workman turned up 2 hours late, I had to contact the office to find out why the delay.
Had two showers resealed and regrouted. David the technician who did the job was fantastic. He called before arrival, did a great job, cleaned up and was very friendly and polite.
Prompt service and well organised and thorough work by the tradie. Cleaned up meticulously at the close of the job.
Shocking service sales man says he called last night text this morning and called again totally rubbish got my phone on me all the time and I have had many calls and texts and now he can’t come. When office tried to contact him to see why no Comms he was not available. And its a wonder companies are closing down with such useless staff.
