I was told both bathrooms required tiles pulled out, waterproofing and new shower doors. They scheduled theses works to be completed 2 weeks apart (so maybe 3-4 weeks all up). 7 months and $11000 later, I am left with 2 showers that look cheap and nasty, with mismatched tiles (I was ASSURED they could "easily" match my current tiles). Would rate 0 stars if google would allow me. They were quick to take my money and perform the job, however, my shower now leaks more than before. They will not respond to any communication with regards to their shonky work and are quick to blame others, even after multiple reports from independent leak detectors.

To be fair, the tiling job in our bathroom renovation was really good. And then the plumber came and re-hung the vanity at the wrong height and made it look ridiculous. Megasealed wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake and now we'll have to incur the additional cost to fix. Something so small that makes such a big difference and left such a bad taste. Definitely look elsewhere for your bathroom renovation.

Do not stand by their products and if there are warranty issues, will deny they are at fault. After paying over $3000 two years ago, won't even cover basic reseal to stop water leaking. Rip off.

Started dealing with Megasealed Qld Brisbane West in late 2017. They have been coming back to rectify both of my bathroom leaks up to late 2020 as the problem of leaks keep on recurring. Todate they have not responded to my claim on their warranty even as there are three independent reports of “evidence of substandard” work inevitably leading to the degradation of the subfloors of the two bathrooms.
