This provider billed $210 for a 5-minute virtual appointment with a physician's assistant. My insurance only paid $65. I had earlier paid less for a virtual appointment with an actual MD in the same practice. I called the billing department and they could not explain why this PA billed a "level 4" appointment, and told me I had to ask the clinical staff. Of course they never answer the phone. I left a message but, of course, no one called me back.
Excellent service from front desk to device provided. Megan is excellent at her job and she will follow up with any problems. Listens well and explains throughly
Little nervous about going to the Dr, but, Mrs. Vigliano and her nurse, Emilee, made everything easy going. Very nice facility at The Pointe.

I have been a very happy patient of Megan's for years. She is so smart, and she and the staff are so caring. They always get me an appointment in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about this practice! I wish I could go to her everything!
After a careful and thorough exam, Megan quickly diagnosed my condition, prescribed the appropriate medicine, and took ample time to explain the at-home treatment. Right on target. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely professional; yet it is obvious that she and the entire staff genuinely care for their patients. Must say that, from the front desk to the exit, I, as a patient, felt I was well-cared-for and validated. Yes, I would highly recommend Megan V., PA-C, without reservation.
Megan was very helpful. Great communications to the patient. Answered all my questions. Called with my test results the very next day. Highly recommend Megan to everyone that could use her services. Also someone else you should get 5 stars is Megan's assistant Kateland. Very charming and very helpful to the needs of the patient. What a great team.
