She completed her ophthalmology residency at the highly regarded W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. She also completed a fellowship in Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery at the Kellogg Eye Center.

Dr. Tuohy and her back office have been very good, but the experience at CEI is not. From the moment one enters the office, patients are treated like goods on an assembly line. This has not been a one time occurrence. The front office and mid office "worker bee techs" are like robots moving patients from station to station...NO ONE introduces themselves and name tags are often dangling waist high and turned backwards; they rarely smile, but have rote efficiency and don't like patients questions about treatments.
They did a very thorough job They took so many pictures of my eyes in different formats that I thought I was a star? CEI is really the only place to go for taking care of your eyes.
