Everybody was helpful but the doctors that I seen their bedside manners were terrible! I am not a doctor but I can tell you something when you are talking about doing surgery on someone's eyes the doctor needs to have the most compassionate for their patients because your eyesight one if not the most important senses you have I didn't feel this from these doctors which is sad. Dr. Touhy is amazing and I could not be more thankful for the work she did on my eyes. However, Cincinnati Eye Institute is terribly ran. I have never gotten into an appointment less than 30 minutes past when I was supposed to. This last time took me an hour. And there was three people next to me who had waited an hour and five minutes, an hour and thirty minutes, and two hours.
